Recipe for a perfect breakfast.

So here are the benefits of living in the city- you can take a short car/subway ride to Houston st. straight to Russ & Daughters deli! This is what my hubby did this morning and consequently surprised me with this amazing breakfast! By the time me and Bubik were waking up, wondering where our Aba has disappeared, Aba was stubbornly waiting in line, making a list of delicacies to buy, which was getting bigger and bigger the longer he was waiting...:)
So what do you need for perfect breakfast? Element of surprise of course.. and..

Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

Honestly, politics are not the theme of this blog, and this post probably shouldn't be here, but after  talking to multiple people non-israelis, watching some news and reading some internet articles especially on Russian news sites, I've got the urge to write this.

It is really difficult to write about this subject, trying to collect all the facts and all the pieces of history, coping with my emotions - I really want to be understood correctly and want to help others to understand the core of the conflict.

I see that multiple media sources and many people consider Israel an aggressor and almost a terrorist state, and I think it's because they are ignorant of the situation and lacking essential details of the conflict. I would like to clarify some facts and answer some questions (if there will be such) and hopefully my post can be useful for reasonable and adequate people among you.

Waking up with Bubik

Two and a half month have gone by since our Galushka was born! She becomes cuter and cuter each day. I cant stop kissing, hugging her and looking at her all day long. My favorite thing though, is waking up with her by my side. She opens her eyes and always smiles, starts cooing an making sounds like she wants to say smth. I'm saying:" Boker Tov Bubik! Galushka sheli!!" (Good morning my doll, my Galushka!) and we spent about half an hour in bed talking and cuddling!! She lays on her back and kicks with her arms and legs! So funny, such a joy! What am I going to do when I will go back to work? booo....

Russ & Daughters

Russ & Daughters@179 E. Houston St. New York, NY 10002|Tel 212.475.4880, is probably one of the oldest Jewish delis in NYC. Established in 1914, they are still serving the best  lox, herring fish, liver pate, dry fruits or chocolates. Non ending lines is a constant here, but it is well worth to wait.
Once in a while, Sunday morning, we stop at R&D for a fresh super heebster and chopped liver bagels, as well as for some other goodies for our fridge! Get prepared, the sandwich or bagel menu is authentically thought out in a jewish-yidish theme. Yammi!
